How this started
Craft11 began with one person’s frustration with how small and mid-sized businesses are forced to operate: context scattered across tools, memory living only in someone’s head, and AI that drafts text but does not sit inside real work.
Years of actually running service businesses — trade, logistics, events and more — made the problem concrete. Different industries; the same Monday: re-explaining, re-finding, re-remembering. The product was built to keep the work and its history together.
Product and company
DotCom d.o.o. is an IT company in the EU operating since 2008. It carries the infrastructure, security, ongoing maintenance, customer service, and operational discipline required when real companies depend on the system every day.
The product comes from that operator reality: one connected path of work, a full app that works without the assistant, an optional assistant inside the work, and company memory attached to the records.
In short: the product came from real operations. The company operating it is built for reliability.
Who it is for
Service businesses, studios, consultancies, project companies — often two to fifteen people — where the founder is still the operational memory and is tired of it. If that is not your world, Craft11 is probably not for you. We say that clearly on purpose.
What we will not overclaim
The system is real and tested deeply at the scales we operate and simulate. Mega-scale multi-tenant stress and full-volume unit economics remain work in progress. Better to say that plainly than invent it for a pitch.
