Is this a bot, a CRM, or an ERP?
Craft11 is the operating system for a small or medium company. Clients, sales, projects, invoices, and what the company learned — in one place. You work it by clicking, like normal software. There is an assistant in the core if you want it. You can switch that off. The app still runs. Nothing goes to a client unless you send it.
That is the short answer.
What it actually does
The core jobs are ordinary company work:
- Clients — who you work with and the history around them.
- Sales — inquiries and offers.
- Projects — what the team is delivering.
- Invoices — what gets billed against the work.
- Files and notes — context that stays attached instead of disappearing into five tools.
There is one connected path through that work:
Client → Inquiry → Offer → Project → Invoice
That path keeps the story and reporting connected, but it does not block you from starting in the middle. If you need to open an offer or project before the previous record exists, you can. The assistant may ask whether it should prefill from related work that is already there. You say yes or no.
What you can plug in
Not every company needs every module.
If you need them, Craft11 can also include:
- Calendar
- Finance
- Reports
They are not the identity of the product. Use them when they help. Leave them off when they do not.
The basic idea is simpler: the main commercial work should not be scattered between a CRM, a project tool, a spreadsheet, email, folders, and a separate chat window that has no idea what happened last month.
So is it a CRM?
It includes CRM.
Clients and the sales path live in Craft11, so it covers the part a small service company would normally expect from a CRM. But it does not stop when the deal closes. The same history continues into delivery, invoicing, notes, files, and later company knowledge.
If your whole problem is contact management or a large marketing automation stack, a dedicated CRM may be the better tool.
Is it an ERP?
No, not in the broad sense.
Craft11 is not trying to replace deep manufacturing, warehouse, supply-chain, payroll, or full accounting systems. It is narrower. It is for the operating work of a small service company: clients, sales, projects, invoices, and the knowledge around them.
That narrower scope is deliberate.
What about the assistant?
The assistant works inside the same system. It can draft, prefill, find context, or make the next step faster.
It is not the product itself.
You can create a client, write an offer, run a project, send an invoice, and add notes with the mouse and keyboard. If you like the assistant, turn it on and use it where it saves time. If you do not, leave it off.
The app still runs.
The control part
Four things matter enough to say plainly:

What happens to company knowledge
Notes, files, past offers, and decisions stay attached to the work.
On day one there is not much to remember. A year later there may be enough history that a new offer can reuse what the company already learned instead of starting from a blank page.
That benefit exists even if you never use the assistant. The records are still there. The assistant simply has more context available if you decide to turn it on.
