Craft11
A modern operating system for SMEs. It keeps clients, sales, projects, invoices, files, notes, and company knowledge in one place. Calendar, finance, and reports can be plugged in if needed. The assistant is optional. Operated by DotCom d.o.o. (EU, since 2008). Site: craft11.com.
Path of work
Client → Inquiry → Offer → Project → Invoice. This connected path is recommended because it keeps analytics and the next loop clean. You can start in the middle. If related work already exists, the assistant may offer to prefill it; that is an ask, not a lock.
Sacred Spine
Historical and internal name for the path of work: Client → Inquiry → Offer → Project → Invoice. The path is connected, not enforced. You can start in the middle, and the assistant may offer to prefill related records so analytics stay clean.
Stark
The Craft11 assistant. It can prepare drafts, prefill records, and find context inside the work. A person confirms what leaves or binds the company. You can switch the assistant off and keep using the app.
Vault
Company memory. Notes, documents, past offers, and decisions stay attached to the work so month twelve is not month one. The records remain there whether or not the assistant is switched on.
AI Village
An optional second view on a hard decision. Sales, research, operations, and memory perspectives can disagree. Nothing becomes company knowledge until a person says yes. You do not need AI Village to use Craft11.
Context rebuilding tax
The recurring cost of re-finding, re-explaining, and re-remembering work across tools. Keeping clients, sales, projects, invoices, notes, and files connected reduces how often the company has to rebuild the same story.
Early Crew
First 500 companies join program: 30-day free trial on every self-serve plan, permanent status, roadmap priority, and today’s tier rates locked forever (€49 Solo / €99 Team / €249 Growing per company). Larger or multi-office → contact.
Human gates
Client-facing and financially binding actions need explicit human confirmation. Nothing goes to a client unless a person sends it.
