The enforced commercial sequence Client → Inquiry → Offer → Project → Invoice. Structural relationships keep history attached to work so context does not evaporate when people change.
Stark
Craft11 co-pilot. Users speak or type intent; Stark prepares real records and drafts. Explicit human confirmation before commercially binding outcomes. Honest when evidence is missing.
Vault
Company memory layer. Notes, documents, past offers, and decisions ground answers so month 12 is not month 1. Raw notes stay; structure sits beside them.
AI Village
Multi-perspective AI consultation (lenses that can disagree). Synthesis becomes permanent company knowledge only after human approval. Not a yes-machine.
Context rebuilding tax
